Dharma Centers work to fulfill our most fundamental wish—to obtain permanent happiness for ourselves and for others. By giving to an organization whose sole purpose is to help people to train their minds in the causes of happiness, we not only increase the happiness in the world, but we also create the causes to experience true happiness ourselves.

Here are the different causes your donations and monthly pledges will help to support:
- Teacher Care Fund: day-to-day needs of our Resident Teacher, including food, living expenses, and health care
- General Operating Fund: cost of renting the Center and branch classroom spaces, maintenance, equipment, utilities, advertising, business expenses
- Center Development Fund: purchase of an owned Temple for the metropolitan DC area
Vajrayogini Buddhist Center is incorporated in the District of Columbia as a 501(c)(3) educational not-for-profit organization, and all fees and contributions are tax deductible.
